Far off lands do beckon me,
Lofty mountains, the deep blue sea,
Verdant meadows in the spring,
Rainbow flowers that dances and sing.
Window boxes and cobbled street,
That winds away till the eyes does meet,
Steaming mugs in a wayside café,
Leisure spent over mocha and latte.
Wondrous sculptures, in the setting sun,
Their ancient beauty second to none,
Boat rides on the mirror of a lake,
Or just a ramble where my feet do take.
Walking along in the frozen snow,
Seeing the sunrise in a pale glow,
Or a camel safari over the dunes,
With womenfolk in their colorful hues.
There is so much that I long to do,
But am not among the chosen few,
Though my thoughts soar ever so high,
To the hearth, my broken limbs do tie.
But God is great, He helps me wander,
At night near me these worlds do gather,
In that shadowy time, I feel no pain,
And so in my dreams, I roam again!
Amazing..great going gal...Congrats & kudos..
